我司自主研发的《八维数字孪生智慧工厂开发平台》获得了由我国版权局颁发的计算机软件著作权登记证书。
该系统以软件平台为核心，通过可视化配置，简化了复杂的物联网硬件开发工作，无需任何编程经验就可以完成功能定义、界面设计等工作。
八维数字孪生智慧工厂开发平台是在我司自主研发的BIM 8D数字孪生基础架构支撑下，基于人工智能和物联网的算法和创新技术开发的软件平台。这款平台将大数据、人工智能和数字孪生等前沿技术与传统制造业相融合，构建出智慧工厂。八维数字孪生智慧工厂以三维场景为依托，生产数据为核心，生产业务为纽带的数字孪生应用，实现厂房、车间、流水线、设备的逐级可视，并整合各业务系统数据，对生产过程进行综合监管及全局分析。
该平台利用虚拟现实方法获得工厂现状的全热点三维模型，结合 3DGIS+BIM技术搭建并集成全生命周期的动静态数据，在大屏显示上以“一张图”的形式漫游展示整个生产过程，形象直观。此外，基于工业互联网平台构建的数字化工厂数字孪生平台系统架构分为四层：基础数据层、基础服务层、平台服务层、应用服务层。

The platform integrates cutting-edge technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence and digital twins with traditional manufacturing to build a smart factory. E ight-dimensional digital twin smart factory is based on three-dimensional scene, production data as the core, production business as the link of the digital twin application, to achieve the plant, workshop, assembly line, equipment level by level visibility, and integration of business system data, comprehensive supervision and global analysis of the production process.
The platform uses virtual reality method to obtain the full hot three-dimensional model of the current situation of the factory, combines 3DGIS+BIM technology to build and integrate the dynamic and static data of the whole life cycle, and walks the entire production process in the form of "one picture" on the large screen display, which is intuitive. In addition, the digital twin platform system architecture of the digital factory based on the industrial Internet platform is divided into four layers: basic data layer, basic service layer, platform service layer and application service layer.
